My Name is Blaire Hobbs
I am Professional and Personal Catering Chef.
I am starting a catering business as a Personal Caterer , Chef, and Event Planner for small parties for any occasion for four to 30 people.
I am a personal consultant and help throughout each step of planning to preparation and catering your event. Plus custom designing your choice of menus and food displays. Most of my menu items you could call "Comfort food". The style of food that my Mum would cook, which is called cowboy cuisine or many people just call it down home comfort food.
I specialize in that Cowboy style of cooking with the down home flare and style. My cooking includes Cowboy Cuisine, Tex-Mex, including a touch of Modern French and Mediterranean Cuisine.
This include many homemade yummy desserts from "Triple Chocolate Mousse, Carrot Cake with White Chocolate and Cream Cheese Icing, Southern Pecan Pie, Deep Dish Apple Pie to name but a few." .
